Travel Bucket List

So many things to do and not a lot of money to do it. And these are only my top 10. I'm sure this list will keep growing. But nothing's impossible hey. And if I don't die anytime soon, I'm sure I'll get to do most, if not all of these. Yeah? Yeah!

1. Spend a birthday where the Midnight Sun occurs. Norway, Sweden, Canada, Alaska...wherever. As long as the sun doesn't set on my special day, and I can bask in it 24/7 for the entire duration of my trip.

2. See the Northern Lights. Also wherever they can be seen. Preferably with a cup of steaming hot cocoa and within the arms of my steaming hot prince charming, whoever he may be. :D

3. Set foot on all continents. I've been to 5 out of 7. South America and Antarctica to go. Yes, I will set foot on Antarctica.

4. Backpack. I still haven't been able to do it. Ok, I managed to fit all my stuff for a 9-day trip to South Africa in a backpack, but I don't think that counts as backpacking. There were no hostels involved, and I had all the comforts of everyday life. Even when I was up in the mountains.

5. See the Holy Land and walk where Jesus walked, pray where He prayed. How awesome would that be.

6. Marvel at Petra and float on the Dead Sea. Ever since I arrived in Dubai, I've been planning a trip to Jordan, and it always gets set aside. One of these days, seriously.

7. Volunteer. Care for kids, help feed the hungry, build houses- anything to make the world a better place.

8. Hike the Inca Trail to Macchu Picchu. I have sissy legs, and this is going to be a mission, I just know it.

9. Drive from Luzon to Mindanao. See all the regions of the Philippines. I probably won't get to see all 7,107 islands, but at least come close to that. :D

10. Live it up in the Maldives. Or the Seychelles. Or both. Stay in an outrageously expensive resort, get massaged to a pulp, dive and make friends with the sea creatures. When I'm rich enough. Yes, yes.
